Designed to be beginner-friendly, this light-hearted slow flow practice will provide interesting insights about the water element and will offer just the right amount of adventure. Move along to the soothing sounds of “yacht rock” (soft rock classics from the 70’s and 80’s). All Dads who attend will receive a FREE RCY water bottle!
